Starting chiropractic care is simple. Here's what happens from your first phone call to your first treatment plan.

Call to Schedule
Call (254) 968-4600 during office hours to schedule your first appointment. Our team will ask a few questions about your symptoms to prepare for your visit.

Initial Evaluation
Dr. Steven Thomas will review your health history and perform a hands-on evaluation to understand the source of your pain or discomfort.

Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your evaluation, we'll recommend a treatment plan that may include chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, or massage therapy.

Ongoing Care
We'll track your progress at each visit and adjust your plan as needed to support your recovery.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
- A valid photo ID
- Your insurance card, if you plan to use insurance
- A list of current medications, if applicable
- Any relevant imaging reports or prior diagnoses related to your concern
- A referral, if one was provided by another provider (see below)
Referrals
Whether a referral is required for your visit is to be confirmed by the practice. If you were referred by another provider, please bring that paperwork to your appointment.
